FIREARM -FFL- TRANSFERS
Incoming Firearm Transfers - $30 for 2 firearms coming from the same FFL on the same day. If there are multiple firearms coming from different FFL’s then there will be a $30 charge per firearm. All transfers are subjected to sales tax
Outgoing Firearm Transfers (all states except California) - $30 Per firearm. All transfers are subjected to sales tax. Transferee is responsible for ALL shipping costs, and bringing the required documentation (FFL, and contact information) as to where to ship the firearm.
Outgoing Firearm Transfers to California - $50 per firearm. All transfers are subjected to sales tax. Transferee is responsible for ALL shipping costs, and bringing the required documentation (FFL, and contact information) as to where to ship the firearm. Transferee is also responsible for ensuring the firearm is A LEGAL FIREARM to ship into California.
Private Party Transfers-$30.00 fee per firearm, but the NICS background check fee is waived. Both seller, and buyer must be present with the firearm being transfered. Both buyer, and seller will need to present their ID'S. Firearm will remain with the seller until the background check comes back. Once background check comes back seller, and buyer will return to 2nd Amendment Guns, and the transfer will take place as long as the background check comes back as a procede. (CCW Permits is not an exemption for the buyer. Buyer must still do a NICS background check).
Denied NICS Background Check – It is the responsibility of the denied party to make arrangements to return the firearm back to the vendor they purchased it from. All firearms that are not shipped back after 30 days will incur a $30.00 storage fee per month.
Returns, shipped wrong items, etc. are between you and the Original Dealer/Seller and Transfer charges will apply.
ANY ACCESSORIES OR AMMO SHIPPED TO 2ND AMENDMENT GUN SHOP WILL INCUR A TRANSFER FEE
***Any firearm that is left on these premises after 120 days will be deemed abandoned, and become property of 2nd Amendment Gun Shop.***
ITEMS REQUIRED FOR TRANSFERS:
Nevada “Drivers License”; Nevada “Identification Card or Nevada “Commercial Drivers License” with CURRENT RESIDENT ADDRESS. For military : PCS Orders showing you being stationed in NV w/ Military ID.
Complete 4473 Federal Form
NICS Background Check fee – State of NV charges $25.00 for all background checks regardless of the outcome. Background check FEE waived with Valid Nevada State issued concealed firearms permit.
Invoice with purchase price of Firearm/s. All firearms not taxed by out of state vendors will be subjected to sales tax. Sales tax paid with a credit and will incure a 3% fee.
TRANSFERS can take 30 mins to 5 business days.

FIREARM RETURNS & WARRANTY
The Customer/Buyer should inspect the firearm before completing the transfer and notify “The transfer/selling FFL” immediately if there is a problem.
Firearms cannot be returned once they have been transferred to the Customer/Buyer.
Contact Manufacturer for any and all WARRANTY issues. Once the firearm has been transferred, it is considered USED, even if it has not been fired.
2nd Amendment gun shop is not responsible for any items lost or damaged shipped by USPS, UPS, or FEDEX once it has left the store. You must contact the shipping company to resolve any issues.
WARRANTY RETURNS WILL INCUR NORMAL SHIPPING AND TRANSFER FEES – THEY CAN TAKE 6 WEEKS TO 1 YEAR. – WE WILL CALL YOU WHEN IT ARRIVES BACK FROM THE MANUFACTURER.
By shipping a firearm to 2nd Amendment gun shop, it means that you understand ALL THE POLICIES STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT.

IN STORE GUN LAYAWAY POLICY
90-Day Layaway Terms and Conditions
All Sales are final and subject to our terms and conditions. No substitutions, returns or exchanges allowed.
The layaway period begins on the date of order and ends 90 calendar days from that date.
A Minimum payment of 25% down on the firearm is required to initiate layaway
A $25.00 layaway fee will apply. Requires a minimum order of $400.00
You may cancel this layaway at any time before your last payment is made by notifying us either by phone, email or in person, but will forfeit all funds paid.
If we do not receive your final payment by the end of terms, we will automatically cancel your layaway purchase and you will forfeit all funds paid.
In the event of cancellation or ATF 4473 Deny, you will forfeit all funds paid.
Management reserves the right to change policy at any time.
